Applying for Moonie

This questionnaire helps us, and you, work out whether a particular dog is the right match for your household. It takes about ten minutes, in six short sections.

After you submit, we'll email you within about 72 hours. If it looks like a good fit, the next steps are a phone call, a short video of your home and yard, and a meet-and-greet with everyone in your household, including any other animals. Dogs over seven months go home on a seven-day trial before the adoption is finalized.

The adoption fee covers part of the cost of each dog's spay or neuter, vaccinations, microchip, food, grooming and general care. It isn't a price on the dog; all of it goes toward saving the next one.
