Foster application

Fostering Peanut

A few questions about your home, your schedule, your other animals and the kind of dog you'd be comfortable with. It takes about ten minutes, in six short sections, and your answers are saved in your browser if you need to step away.

Before you start: make sure everyone in the household is on board, check your lease if you rent, and think about travel plans and work hours. Those are the things that decide which dog is right for you. A coordinator will reach out within 24 to 48 hours.

We place foster dogs with California residents only. Large-breed fosters are the most needed.
