About Joan
Joan is a young Chihuahua living with a foster family in Thousand Oaks. She is house-trained and vaccinated. She has done well with dogs, cats and kids.

Joan's adoption fee is $400, which covers their spay or neuter, microchip and core vaccines. Adoption starts with an application, a phone call and a short home video, followed by a meet-and-greet near the foster's home and a seven-day trial. Read about the whole process.
