About Ziggy
Ziggy is 12 years old and one of the sweetest and most low-maintenance dogs in our rescue. He loves affection but is the biggest couch potato on the planet. He must have a doggy friend, or he gets very anxious when left alone.
Ziggy is a very sleepy boy and isn't a fan of big adventures. His favorite thing to do is mosey around outside in the yard. His eyes light up when he gets to sniff grass and be in the sun.
Ziggy has a low-grade heart murmur that's controlled by medication. It goes right into his breakfast and dinner, and he gobbles it up. His medication is only about $30 a month.
The right home
A home with another dog. Ziggy gets very anxious when he's left alone without a canine companion.
Ziggy's adoption fee is $300, which covers their spay or neuter, microchip and core vaccines. Adoption starts with an application, a phone call and a short home video, followed by a meet-and-greet near the foster's home and a seven-day trial. Read about the whole process.
